Lecto
For private tutors

Focus on your students — Lecto takes care of the rest

Schedule, payments and reminders for parents in one place. No notebooks, spreadsheets or chats across five messengers.

Free · English, Romanian, Russian · In the browser and on your phone

Everything that used to live in a notebook and in your head

Recurring schedule

Set up regular lessons once. Moves, cancellations and one-off lessons take a couple of taps.

Mark it — the money adds up

Done, no-show or late cancel — balances, debts and prepayments update by themselves. Lesson packages too.

Reminders for parents

A day and 2 hours before each lesson — on Telegram or by email. No more messaging everyone yourself.

Parent page

A personal link, no passwords: schedule, balance, moving and cancelling — by your cancellation rule.

Income by month

What you received and what you earned this month and this year — for each student.

Three languages

English, Romanian and Russian. Every parent gets messages in their own language.

  • Last month's report arrives by itself on the 1st

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes, Lecto is completely free right now — with no limit on students.

Do parents need to install anything?

No. The personal link opens in the browser, and reminders come on Telegram or by email.

Does Lecto take payments for lessons?

No, parents pay you directly, as before. You record the payment, or the parent reports it and you confirm.

What if a student cancels at the last minute?

You set the rule: for example, cancelling less than 12 hours ahead is charged. Lecto applies it when a parent cancels from their page too.
